Quando il loro pianeta natale Marte è stato portato verso la distruzione dai Plutarchiani,degli alieni pesciformi a caccia di risorse su altri pianeti, un gruppo di topi umanoidi fuggono dal loro mondo. Sterzo(Throttle),Turbo (Vinnie) e Pistone(Modo),componenti del trio dei Biker Mice da Marte, si sono impossessati di una nave plutarchiana con cui si sono schiantati, senza gravi conseguenze, sul pianeta Terra,a Chicago,Illinois, diventando alleati del meccanico terrestre Charley. Scoprono poi che i plutarchiani hanno iniziato le manovre per assalire la Terra.
